Replacement and exchange policy applies if your product gets damaged during shipment or in any case wrong item is delivered. You can contact on our customer support number and inform about issue for immediate solution. The replacement and exchange of any product will be valid only up to 03 days after its delivery.

URBAN NEST does not hold any Return policy. The product can be only replaced or exchanged in any case.

 Please make sure you carry its confirmation email of online receipt or sale invoice as a proof.

EXCHANGE

 If you want to alter or exchange your product purchased according to your preferences, you can call or email us and let us know about your exchange details within 03 days of placing order.

 As a proof of purchase please make sure you do have its confirmation email receipt or sale invoice.

 The goods will be exchanged and delivered within 8 to 10 working days.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

 In case you purchased a faulty product or may got damaged at the time of delivery, it will be exchanged or repaired depending upon your preferences and situation.
